Queerlactica is the solidarity party of the Queer Centre Mannheim: an explicit safe space with an awareness team, several floors and proceeds that benefit the centre. It now takes place at Disco Zwei.

What makes Queerlactica special

Queerlactica is organised by the young team of the Queer Centre Mannheim and took place for the first time in 2023. Whatever isn’t spent on the party benefits the centre. With reduced and solidarity tickets, the party aims to remain affordable for everyone.

At every edition there’s an awareness team you can turn to if you or others aren’t feeling well. However, the rooms at Disco Zwei are not accessible.

Atmosphere and crowd

The atmosphere is familiar and very open, and especially if you feel hesitant about the scene, Queerlactica is a good way in. Because queues form at the bar, you get talking while you wait.
