What makes Sauna Paraíso stand out

Paraíso belongs to the same group as Octopus but targets a younger crowd. Under the brick vaults are a heated pool, a large jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, Turkish steam bath and colour light therapy, plus 30 private cabins, three darkrooms, a cinema and a BDSM zone with cell, St Andrew’s cross and sling. Massages cost €30 (standard) or €50 (premium) and are booked at reception.

It’s open non-stop at weekends and on public holidays. The sauna announces parties and discount deals on Instagram and Facebook.

Atmosphere and crowd

The crowd is young and colourfully mixed, and in the evening and at weekends the mix of ages and types is at its widest. It’s busiest at the weekend, especially on Sunday afternoon. Many guests consider Paraíso the best sauna in Madrid and praise the atmosphere, location and special spaces.
