What makes ADESPROC Libertad GLBT special

ADESPROC has worked for the rights of LGBT people in Bolivia for decades and is present at national marches and conferences. For visitors it is not a meeting place but a point of contact for legal or psychological problems. In October 2026 a training programme on sexual diversity with the Constitutional Court ran for the fourth time.

Programme

Besides counselling, ADESPROC organises training courses, the EMPODERA leadership school and the “Atrévete GLBT” cultural competition. Through the Observatorio LGBT the organisation documents cases of discrimination.
