What makes Baker Beach (north) special

At the northern end of Baker Beach nudity is tolerated, and the backdrop with the Golden Gate Bridge is unique. The water is cold and the currents strong, so swimming is not advisable. Fog often rolls in, and sunny afternoons are the busiest.
