What makes Club Ottawa special

Club Ottawa is on Wellington Street West in Hintonburg, a little west of downtown. There is a dry sauna, steam room, showers, a video area and private cabins in several sizes, up to a room with a sling. Condoms and towels are included.

The building is a piece of queer history: in 1976 it housed the Club Baths, where police arrested more than two dozen men in a raid. Today there are changing theme nights on Thursdays such as Bear Fest or Blackout Night.

Atmosphere and crowd

The crowd is mixed, rather mature and mostly local. It is busiest on weekday afternoons and at weekends. Guests praise the large dry sauna, the spacious showers and the friendly staff.
