What makes Flandrischer Hof special
The hotel is quietly located on a side street and yet central: the cafés, bars and boutiques of the Belgian Quarter are right on the doorstep, Rudolfplatz and the Ringe are a few minutes away, and Schaafenstraße with its gay bars can also be reached on foot. It’s around 15 minutes’ walk to the cathedral. The hotel has a 24-hour reception, lifts, a restaurant and bar.
It is not a dedicated gay hotel, but a well-located base for Pride or Carnival weekends. The location and cleanliness are particularly praised in reviews.
A good fit if you …
- want to walk between the Belgian Quarter, the Ringe and Schaafenstraße
- prefer a large hotel with 24-hour reception
- are arriving by car and want to park at the hotel
Not ideal if you …
- are looking for a hotel with a distinctly queer profile
