What makes Heaven Liverpool special

Heaven is the place for the late hours when other bars close. Some guests praise the music, energy and drag acts. Overall reviews are poor (2.7 on Google): criticism includes cleanliness, unfriendly staff and a crowd that, for many, no longer feels predominantly queer.
