What makes Hot Dog Club stand out

Hot Dog is one of Milan’s largest cruising clubs, with themed nights on five days. Guests praise the cleanliness, staff and atmosphere, but miss showers. At the end of October 2026 there is also a rapid-testing night for HIV and syphilis.
