What makes Red Line stand out
When it opened in 2016, Red Line was Serbia’s first gay sauna, and it is still the main cruising spot for men in Belgrade. There’s a dry sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, darkroom and cabins.
The entrance is in the basement next to a café and can only be recognised by a small red light; many guests don’t find it straight away the first time. Payment is cash only, in dinars.
Atmosphere and crowd
The crowd is made up of locals and travellers, and it’s busiest at weekends. Guests mention the calm and discretion positively.
A good fit if you …
- are looking for a discreet sauna option in Belgrade
- are out late at the weekend
- want to use a darkroom and cabins
Not ideal if you …
- want to pay by card
- are looking for a large wellness facility
