What makes The Sun Trapp special
The Sun Trapp is a neighbourhood bar by day and a party spot at the weekend. At the end of 2025 the staff formed a union, according to Out x Out the only unionised bar in Utah. Guests praise the prices and the mixed crowd. Criticism concerns crowding, security and reports of spiked drinks.
A good fit if you …
- are looking for a patio in the afternoon
- like a mixed crowd
Not ideal if you …
- are looking for a quiet bar on Saturday night
