What makes Shamone stand out

Shamone opened in February 2012 and is only open on Fridays and Saturdays, when it goes all in on the show. Instead of one big revue at a fixed time, busy nights bring a short performance roughly once an hour: lip-sync, dance and quick costume changes. On top of that come guest appearances, music videos and themed parties.

Older listings still give the address Konstantinoupoleos 46; currently GayOut and Google list the club at Elasidon 30, also in Gazi.

Atmosphere and crowd

The crowd is mixed, with groups of friends and many women, as is common at clubs with drag shows. Guests especially praise the shows, the atmosphere, the music, the dance floor and the friendly team.
