What makes Bridge stand out
Bridge is on the sixth floor of the Sensho Building in the middle of Ni-chōme. Through a wide window you look out over the district, and on warm evenings you can step out onto the small balcony. During the week there are usually chairs; on Saturdays the bar becomes a standing bar.
Behind the counter are Japanese bartenders who speak English. There’s a good selection of cocktails and wine, and as in many Japanese bars you can keep your own bottle behind the bar.
Atmosphere and crowd
Bridge is a classic gay bar where all LGBTQ guests are welcome. According to Gurunavi, mainly office workers between 30 and 50 come to unwind after work, plus travellers. In Google reviews, guests praise the familiar atmosphere, the bartender and the cocktails.
