What makes Marquette Restaurant & Lounge special
The roots of the Marquette Social Club go back to 1972. The family-run venue is a restaurant with fusion food by day and turns into a lounge at night. At the weekend it is busiest after midnight. The atmosphere is relaxed, not a polished cocktail bar.
A good fit if you …
- want to go out late at night
- are looking for the Black queer scene away from Midtown
Not ideal if you …
- need fixed opening hours
