What makes The Center on Colfax special
The Center on Colfax brings counselling, health and community together under one roof. Rainbow Alley is for young people aged 10 to 17, a separate programme for 18- to 25-year-olds, and West of 50 for older people. The LGBTQ History Project collects oral histories and archive material.
Programme
Regular programmes include Rainbow Alley (youth), West of 50 (older people) with a monthly newsletter, the transgender programme and free counselling from Glass Lawler Mental Health. There are also workshops by Range Education and an LGBTQ lending library.
