What makes FLM stand out

FLM has been a fixture on Jervois Street, the centre of the scene in Sheung Wan, for years. The bar has been through several name changes and expansions, and almost everyone on the scene knows its colourful entrance steps.

The programme is packed: theme nights, local drag shows, karaoke and parties such as the elimination nights for RuPaul’s Drag Race. On Thursdays there’s a mixed night with karaoke, bingo or a quiz.

Atmosphere and crowd

The crowd is mixed: locals, expats and travellers of all ages. The mood is loud and warm, the staff are considered friendly, and it’s easy to meet people. On Fridays and Saturdays it gets very busy and people dance. If you prefer it quieter, come during the week.
