What makes PCO Bar stand out
PCO hides behind an inconspicuous door in the D Block Market. Without the current passcode you won’t get in, and it changes often. You get the code by phone or via Instagram, often together with a reservation.
Inside the lighting is dim and the decor vintage-style. Upstairs is quieter, while DJs play downstairs, where people dance especially at weekends. The bar is on the list of the Delta app, whose venues commit to being inclusive. PCO isn’t a queer bar, though.
Atmosphere and crowd
The crowd is mixed and rather affluent, and queer guests don’t stand out here. According to guests it gets really busy from 11 pm. The cocktails, which the bartenders also adjust to taste, the attentive service and the mysterious entrance get praise.
