What makes Heaven special

At first glance Heaven doesn’t look like a typical gay bar at all: no rainbow flags, no scene decor. Instead the walls are black and white, with smart wooden tables and a solid wood bar. According to mann-liebt-mann.de’s on-site research, you almost feel like you’re in a designer bar, and the bar team welcomes you very warmly.

Especially for newcomers to the scene and for men who aren’t out yet, Heaven is a good first address, because a visit is so low-key. The crowd is younger than at Trend Bar and more mixed, and non-queer guests drop by too. The menu has lots of cocktails and long drinks, beer and homemade lemonades.

Heaven is right on Sedanplatz, with the Sedanplatz bus stop outside the door. Around the square there are beer gardens for before or after. It’s a good 500 metres to Trend Bar.
