The biggest queer party in Wiesbaden

The party is hosted by the Schlachthof cultural centre, which for around 30 years has seen itself as a place of encounter where discrimination, sexism, racism and homophobia have no place. Migrant queers are explicitly welcome too. There’s also a big afterparty here at Wiesbaden Pride.

Besides drag shows, male go-go dancers keep the mood up until the early hours. Schlachthof deliberately keeps prices low so that everyone can take part.

Atmosphere and crowd

Because there are hardly any other parties for queer men in the region, the crowd is up for flirting. On the full dance floor and in the queues at the bar it’s easy to get talking. A drink at Heaven or Trend Bar beforehand is worthwhile.
