What makes the hotel special
GayOut lists the hotel as gay-friendly, but explicitly calls it a normal hotel. It’s one of the oldest hotels in Germany and is right by the thermal springs. For queer evenings the City of Wiesbaden names the Schlachthof cultural centre and Das 60/40.
Rooms and amenities
Guests praise the historic building, the breakfast and the central location. Criticism includes some worn rooms, no parking at the hotel and paid spa access.
A good fit if you …
- like historic buildings
- want to use a thermal bath in the hotel
Not ideal if you …
- are coming by car and want to park right at the hotel
