What makes Tiffany stand out

Metelkova is a former military barracks near the railway station that has been used as an autonomous cultural centre since the 1990s, full of graffiti, art and small clubs. In the middle of it is Tiffany, run by Kulturni center Q, the queer section of the long-established ŠKUC association, one of the pioneers of the LGBT movement in Slovenia. The lesbian-feminist club Monokel is in the same building.

The club isn’t big, but it has two rooms with different vibes and a large outdoor area with a bar. There are no fixed opening hours; it’s open for the events in the calendar: pop parties, bear disco, drag shows and after-parties, mostly at weekends, plus queer nights with karaoke or discussions during the week. Entry varies by event, so bring cash.

Atmosphere and crowd

The crowd is very mixed, mainly men of all ages, plus queer groups of friends and travellers. Guests praise the music, the friendly team and the outdoor area.
