Metairie is the largest suburb of New Orleans, just west of the city limits. There is hardly any queer nightlife here; most bars are in the French Quarter of New Orleans.

The only established venue is The Four Seasons & Den Patio Bar on North Causeway Boulevard, a neighbourhood bar with a lounge and patio. For clubs and bigger shows, people head to New Orleans.
